dancingwithflowers asked: For those of your followers who want to start running, on iTunes there's free podcasts that train you to run a 5k! Look up "couch to 5k" and you'll see them. The one I use is by Iestyn Lloyd, you can even put your own songs on it to run to! It's a really great program and is really helpful for those who want to start running :)
Anonymous asked: For anon,yes insanity is really good but really tiring and you feel the burn after doing it I wouldn't reccomend doing it more than 2 times a week unless you want to be swolen all week long
